Looking for some inspiration for your donation … There are many ways to contribute… Everyone loves a party…kids and adults of all ages. You can spread a little joy by hosting a kid or parent party. Parties can be anything from intimate and small to large and raucous. It can be for the boys, for the girls, for boys and girls, for the parents or for the family. You, the host, can make the call. From wine tasting to parent child dances, sporting events to high tea there is a perfect party for everyone. We just need you to dream it up and host it!Take a look at some pictures of past parties. Sounds great…what do I need to do??? It’s as easy as 1-2-3! 1. Get Creative! Come up with your idea the whos, whats, wheres, whens. 2. Rally your friends to join you in hosting! Have a sense of time and cost per host. 3. Complete the Party Intent Form & return to the school by November 18. Fresh out of ideas but still want to contribute to a party? Let your party planning committee help match you to a party in need of additional hosts. If you've come up with a party idea, fill out the Party Intent Form SIMPLE SOLUTIONS TO DONATING … Perhaps you want to make a donation to the Silent Auction that is EASY? Why not become a sponsor of a Teacher’s Event or the Tuition Raffle. These are fast and simple ways to donate. Just check the appropriate donation category on the Donation Form, complete the entry as your donation and write a check (suggested minimum $50). ADDITIONAL DONATION INSPIRATIONS … Are you a craftsman or woman? Donate the fruit of your labor for auction! If you have a way with a wrench, hammer or other tools, bring in your know-how to the construction challenged…Known for your culinary creations? Perhaps a dessert of the month for three months or a full meal delivered to someone’s doorstep…Computer savvy? Many are not! Donate a couple hours of time to clean out cookies, defrag hard drives and set things running smoothly. Solicit the support of businesses you frequent. If you’re a regular client or customer of a business, tell them you’d appreciate their support of your child’s school through their donation of gift certificate, goods and/or services. You can then use donated items from a business you solicit to serve as your family donations (suggested minimum value per item is $50).
